We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment (small parcel only). We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are based on the size of the order. Many products and product groups qualify for free shipping and if so will have a free shipping icon on the product page. If the order weighs less than 150 lbs it will be sent small parcel (rates vary). If the order weighs over 150 lbs it will be shipped using a freight carrier (normally 18-30% of the purchase price). White glove delivery is also available on most large items (inquire within). Contact us for a quote on white glove delivery items. How will my order be delivered?
Small Parcel Shipping (less than 150 lbs. and standard sized packages)
Orders will be shipped using either UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL. Shipping is calculated during the checkout process or can be calculated in your shopping cart. Items that ship small parcel and are shipped for free will reflect it in the checkout process. Small parcel shipping estimates are based on weight, dimension, class, ship-from and ship-to addresses.
Your order/products will ship with the United Parcel Service via ground method. Items which ship for free using UPS will be designated as such. Some items may not offer free shipping.
Your order/products will ship with the Federal Express via ground method. Items which ship for free using FedEx will be designated as such. Some items may not offer free shipping.
Your order/products will ship with the United States Postal Service via standard trackable post. Items which ship for free using USPS will be designated as such. Some items may not offer free shipping.
Freight Delivery (over 150 lbs. or oversized packages)
Standard freight in situations where packages are either oversize, their weight exceeds that of small parcel regulation and/or the manufacturer's or shipper's shipping policies. Items that ship standard freight and are shipped for free will reflect it in the checkout process. In some instances it is possible to upgrade your freight shipping to include a liftgate service or inside delivery for an additional cost. Some items may include these services for free and they will be designated as such during the checkout process. For shipments that require special assistance and a more upgraded service such as White Glove we highly recommend that you place your order with us over the phone and/or contact customer service at 877.233.3350 so we can provide you with a precise shipping estimate prior to order placement.
LTL Curbside Delivery
Your order/products will ship via freight carrier. Most items that ship LTL/freight are not trackable. On standard curbside deliveries you will be responsible for offloading from the truck and carrying your order/products to the designated area of you choosing. Items which ship for free using curbside delivery will be designated as such. Some items may not offer free shipping.
LTL Curbside Delivery + Liftgate
Your order/products will ship via freight carrier. Most items that ship LTL/freight are not trackable. On curbside deliveries that include a liftgate the carrier will be responsible for offloading from the truck and you will be responsible for carrying your order/products to the designated area of you choosing. Items which ship for free using curbside delivery will be designated as such. Some items may not offer free shipping.
LTL Inside Delivery
Your order/product will ship via freight carrier. Most items that ship LTL/freight are not trackable. Inside deliveries are full service and the carrier is fully responsible for offloading your order/products from the truck and carrying it to a designated indoor area passing through no more than one threshold (a doorway for example). The carrier will not carry your order/products up any staircases. Indoor delivery services normally requires an additional surcharge.
Most (but not all) freight shipments (LTL) require an adult over 18 years old to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the order being delivered. The freight carrier / delivery company, will at most times (but not all times) call to schedule a delivery and provide you with a delivery window or delivery date. More remote areas may require a full day to be alloted for a scheduled delivery date. The carrier may also contact you via email or text. It is your responsibility as a customer to monitor tracking, which is why we provide it for you. Best practice is to be proactive and show initiative by contacting the carrier or us if you are concerned about delivery dates and times. Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Due to the cost of shipping large products, we do not currently ship outside the 48 contiguous United States.
How will my order be delivered?
Regular shipping is curb-side delivery. Customers will be responsible for unloading the shipment off the truck. The shipper will call to set up an appointment before delivery. We suggest having at least two people available to help unload the shipment.
When will my order arrive?
Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product page on our site includes the estimated lead time.
For Small Parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business days after your order is picked up from the warehouse. You should remember that the estimated lead time still applies before the item ships out. Be sure to consult the product's lead time before you order with expedited shipping, and call us if you have any questions or concerns.
For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 10 days from when your order ships. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal. For commercial deliveries, no appointment will be made. Do you offer free shipping?
Items marked FREE SHIPPING! on the product page will ship for free! In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within the continental United States. We won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with one exception: if you are shipping an order to Maryland, we are required to charge sales tax.
Beware of companies who mask their shipping charges and surprise you with prohibitive shipping and handling fees or oversize charges at the end of the checkout process. Make sure you know the total cost of your purchase when shopping around.
Delivery drivers WILL NOT accommodate any special requests such as bringing shipments onto your property or into your home unless they were commissioned to do so in advance - if you request the driver to do so you may be billed for such requests separately either by the carrier directly or by us. Please refrain from making any special requests at the time of delivery. The carrier will not bring goods into your house, garage, backyard, basement or otherwise. The carrier will not help you carry goods, open boxes, dismantle a pallet, take away garbage or debris etc. The delivery driver is there to deliver your order as advertised above. You may request a special quote from us which we may be able to accommodate or not, prior to the order shipping - not after.
Exclusions: Certain products we offer do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount. This information is noted on each product page and the total shipping charges, if any, will be detailed in the shopping cart page prior to checkout.
Please bear in mind that orders CANNOT be cancelled after they ship. Any request to change or alter an order after it has shipped may result in additional fees (reconsignment, redelivery, missed appointment, shipping upgrade and so forth). Refusal of a shipment due to buyer's remorse (anything other than shipment damage) will result in return freight charges and restocking fees which you, the customer may sustain. It is your responsibility as a customer to inform us of any changes at least 5 business days ahead of shipment (IN WRITING) - failure to do so may result in the aforementioned return shipping charges and restocking fees. An order change request CANNOT be guaranteed. Orders may ship 24-48 hours prior to receiving tracking information and shipment notification.
